Shipping policy

Delivery area
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free ($0) for all orders within our delivery area. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing hours and cutoff
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (UTC-5). We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.

Our daily order cutoff is 6:00 PM (UTC-5). Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates
Order processing: 1-2 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 3-7 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 4-9 business days.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, or an address issue can affect delivery.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you of the revised timing and offer cancellation and a refund where required.

Carriers and tracking
We use USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipment. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Tracking activity may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address changes and cancellations
Check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order if you need a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or dispatch has begun.

Delivery problems
Contact us if your shipment is overdue or tracking says delivered but you cannot locate it. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

For damage, quality problems, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. Keep the packaging and provide photographs if possible. This prompt-reporting request does not remove your 30-day return rights or rights under applicable law.
